I honestly thought Dr. Silverman and her ideas of meditation and heart math, tapping etc. was a bit corny in the beginning. But like anything else, I’ll give anything that might help me or others a try.
I began with the meditation and went on to the heart math, and than I found myself in a situation which I could not control and I literally felt as if I was at the end of my rope. I was actually suicidal in a big way but the meditation and heart math (and having a doctor like Dr. Silverman who actually cares for her patients) made all the difference in the world.
She pointed me in the right direction and helped me to save my own life. She’s wonderful – the way all doctors should be. Don’t ever doubt whether she cares or not, and a great place to be if your in need of help.
The tapping is still in its infancy as far as I’m concerned. I’m working on it, but I believe in anything this particular doctor says. If she believes in it then I do, because she cares and she believes in her patients. Thank you doctor.
